Iluka Rideshare is a sole trader business registered with the ATO to pay GST and also with the NSW Point to Point Commission as a rideshare service.

Using My Site

You may use my site and services only as permitted by law. I may suspend or terminate your access if you don’t comply with my policies or if alleged misconduct is being investigated.

Communications

I may send you announcements and other important information in connection with your use of my site. You may opt out of some of these communications at any time.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided by you will remain with me and not shared with any other party unless:

• required to do so by law (with police for example)

• necessary for ensuring your transport needs are completed as requested

I will not willingly be held responsible for any information stolen from me by bad actors.
