BALLINA (AIRPORT) from $195*

Helpful Info - Please read!

• If travelling from Iluka, I should be calling for you at least 2 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. This provides a margin roadwork delays etc.  This gives you plenty of time for bag drop and 'freshening up' before the boarding call.

• Remember, you now MUST BE CHECKED IN 40 mins BEFORE your flight!!!

• Are you or anyone you're travelling with disabled??

  • If you need the disabled passenger lift to the plane it MUST be arranged (well) in advance.  Some carriers only allow the lift to be used twice per flight.  If they have their quota, that's it! They will either:

    • Ask you to use the normal stairs

    • Rebook you (this is very likely to be on another day!)

    • Cancel your ticket and refund you the fare in full. 

  • Please advise if you have any mobility issue at time of travel at time of booking 

• Standard service $195 - my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (allows up to 4 passengers )

  • Check luggage requirements when booking (especially if more than two are travelling)

  • An open box trailer  with tarp cover is available for $50 surcharge

• 'What if my flight is delayed??'

  • I regularly check flight arrival information and rely on it.  However, you need to let me know of any SIGNIFICANT CHANGES to you itinerary that you would reasonably be aware of.  

  • I allow an hour for minor delays - no charge.  

  • Additional hours at $40 per hour (or part thereof) 

  • I cannot guarantee waiting beyond one hour

• 'What if my flight is diverted enroute??'

  • While a rare occurrence, (twice in 5 years), this is why I seek your instructions when I accept you booking.

    • Additional fee for a diverted pick up at Gold Coast Airport $170.  

    • If your flight is being diverted, as soon as you are allowed, you need to turn on your phone, and switch off 'airplane mode'  It's your responsibility to advise me with any updated pick details.

• 'What if my flight is cancelled??'

  • If the flight I'm expecting to meet is cancelled, I won't automatically assume you'll be on another flight. 

  • It is always your responsibility to advise me of what flight you're arriving on.

• 'What if I'm a 'No Show'??'

  • If I'm there to meet your flight and you're not on it - regardless of the reason, it will not be refunded.

LISMORE from $195*

Calling all academics. I'll get you to class before the census date!  Not feeling too good?  Lismore Base Hospital or St Vincents Private will sort you out.

• Standard service for Lismore is for pick ups in Iluka after 6:00 am and before 4:00 pm or pick ups in Lismore after 7:00 am and before 5:00 pm.

*If your visit to Lismore is between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm and less than 1 hour I'll get you all home (Iluka) for $35!  Not long enough?  I'll wait for you for an extra $40 an hour (or part thereof).  

BYRON BAY from $275*

So your name is Kidman or Hemsworth eh?  You've been hiding out in Iluka, but now gotta get home.  My car's dark tinted windows are all you need. 

• 1 to 4 passengers = $275  (Standard service)

• Standard service (Approx. travel time is 90 mins) NB: Traffic in Byron can sometimes be VERY HEAVY - Check with driver BEFORE planning!

  • Pick up in Iluka going to Byron Bay area is after 5:00 am and before 3:00 pm

  • Pick ups in Byron Bay area is after 8:00 am and before 4:00 pm. Surcharges apply for pick ups or drop offs outside these times - please phone 0437339 133 for info  

​*A quick trip? If you're there less than 1 hour I'll hang around and get you all back for an additional $65!  If you want me to linger longer, I'm all yours for $40 an hour (or part thereof) extra.

COFFS HARBOUR from $295

You've tried finding it in Iluka.  You've even ventured to Lismore, but no luck. You're now in Coffs.  It's just gotta be here.  If not, I'll drop you off at the airport.

• 1 to 4 passengers = $295 (Standard service for Coffs Harbour is for pick up after 8:00 am or drop off by 6:00 pm. Surcharges apply for pick ups or drop offs outside these times - please phone 0437339 133 for info) 

If we're there for less than 1 hour, your return trip is $65.

If you need me to wait longer, add $40 an hour (or part thereof).

NB: Same day return requires leaving  Coffs Harbour by 5:00 pm.  IF driver is able to stay overnight, a $300 overnight charge applies per night. (This fee includes the return to Iluka)

GOLD COAST (AIRPORT) from $375

'Hospitals, theme parks and an International Airport'

​​​Travel time from Iluka to GC Airport is at best 120 mins.  Given the distance, it is wise to allow an extra 20-30 mins for roadworks and other delays. Domestic flights close 40 mins before departure - international flights up to 2 hours.

• Leaving Iluka for a domestic flight at 4:00 pm would require a pick up no later than 12:50 pm.  

• Leaving Iluka for an international flight at 4:00 pm would require a pick up no later than 11:30 am

  • If you need the lift to the plane it MUST be arranged (well) in advance.  Some carriers only allow the lift to be used twice per flight.  If they have their quota, that's it! They will either:

Theme Park Upgrade add $400

Have your own personal slave to play valet at the theme parks.

Upgrade fee includes:

• Driver will take photos and videos of you having fun! (either taken on driver's iPhone 17 or your device*)

• Return journey (to leave for home no later than 4:00pm)

'Time to get serious'

Unfortunately, you need some serious shopping done, serious medical attention or something else serious enough to pay for the following:

Travel time to the centre of Brisbane at best is a 3:30 min trip from Iluka. (this allows for up to two rest breaks along the way).  

• Standard service requires departing Iluka by 1:00 pm

• Same day round trips require the return journey to start by 4:00 pm. (Return trip surcharge applies $75)

Surcharges (in addition to standard charge of $575) Payable in advance

• Return journey surcharge is $75 (includes 2 hours wait time)

• Additional wait time is $40 per hour (or part thereof)

• You agree to be responsible for all parking fees incurred

• Departing Iluka after 1:00 pm may incur additional charges - please call to discuss.

• Pick ups in Brisbane after 4:00 pm incur additional charges - please call to discus.

SYDNEY from $1,350

'Anywhere by the water? The Emerald city can't be faulted! 

Well if you are forking out this much, you must really want to get there.  Sydney is where I grew up. I've lived there most of my life and having done over 17,000 rideshare trips can show you both its well-known and hidden gems.  

$1350 for 1 to 4 passengers 

Standard service for Sydney requires approx. 10 hours* and an Iluka departure between 4:00 am and 10:00 am.   Surcharges apply for pick ups outside these times - please phone 0437339 133 for info.

*Total travel time may vary on account of driver rest breaks and traffic. 

NB:  Same day return journeys are NOT available from Sydney.  Return journeys the following day are  $675 and must commence no later than 11:00 am on day of travel.  This fee comprises a return fee of $275 AND a $400 fee for overnight accommodation for driver.  Additional nights accomodation fees are $400 each (Maximum nights away varies and fees paid in advance). 

Expert tour guiding and general assistance for you and your party is an additional $400 per day.  This includes negotiating a personalised itinerary and all administration (eg making bookings).  All booked services with third parties are at cost and are borne by customer.  Please call to discuss your needs.

Please note Safety is always the paramount concern.  It is a core condition of booking that you and any of your travel companions are happy for the driver to take rest stops any time he deems necessary.
